Personal Training Projections!


This weeks blog is a catch up on what has been so far, and what you can expect to find over the next few months, from Personal Space.

I have another two more blogs covering gut and brain health, which updates the latest thinking on this fascinating area.
It’s receiving a lot of scrutiny, and rightly so, due to fact they are starting to understand it as a major player in both disease and wellness, much more than thought before.

I have also now completed a full year of ketogenic eating and I will be reporting warts and all on my findings.
I will summarize both the positives and negatives, what I learnt, suggestions and further reading.

I am continuing my personal trainer life hacks series, where I highlight key pointers of what I’ve learnt, to make your wellness and heath improve a little easier.

I will be very happy to research, summarize and put my viewpoint forwards.

As with any scientific topic, things change, develop and hopefully progress, so that we can further understand areas of interest, and apply the knowledge learnt.
