I’m going to share with you the ups & downs through my perspective as a personal trainer & hopefully help a few people along the way!

Through the year I’m going to share my journey with you & tell you what I’ve learnt, that hopefully will help you!

Whilst through Personal Space we have many different clients, with many different goals, I’m going to share a very common theme – getting in better shape!

This can mean different things to different people, but I’m going to be focussing particularly on; metabolic factors, fat loss, lean muscle improvements, dietary adjustment, lifestyle, sleep, rest & recovery & a host of other inter related factors!

I have been learning about the metabolic effect of exercise & food adjustment & I plan to write about my findings right here! 

My exercise plan, my dietary adjustment, but sharing it to help you learn about whats necessary.

I firmly believe you need to be your own detective in finding what works for you. 

There are truly hundreds & hundreds of different diets & exercise plans, none of which are perfect for everyone.

Find your own path for long term results!
