If you want a cheap way to get fit then my suggestion is get your vacuum cleaner, cloths and mops out and have a thorough clean of your house. It’s exhausting!
I did it in stages, getting distracted by old photo albums I pulled out from under the bed, and needing to take rests, but I tell you it’s hard physical labour. We usually have a cleaner, but he’s away this week, so, having a free day I decided to get on with it. It’s tough work lugging the vac-y about; climbing stairs, bending down, pushing and pulling is a muscular endurance feat, and reaching to clean inside baths and across windows is a flexibility challenge. It really is a sweat inducing, heart pounding activity. Perhaps I should do this every day to get really fit!
