Four more full days to Christmas!

Don’t let your exercise regime go to pot just yet; keep it scheduled in your diary and do your best to shift other events around it.
Keep motivated by telling yourself that continuing your activities over the next two weeks will mean you don’t have to feel the discomfort of ramping it back up again when you’ve finished eating turkey, mince pies and Christmas pudding.
Even if your usual activities are hampered slightly by having visitors, then ask your visitors to take an hour’s brisk walk with you, which will liven everyone up following a heavy meal.
Accept that you may not be able to get your typical amount of exercise once Christmas Day arrives and aim for a realistic day to get back on track.
