Information overload! 😬

Well, here’s another article to add to the billions of other stuff that you are all being bombarded with, relating to health, fitness & food at this time of year!! 😊

The new year, new me plans, have started in earnest, but I wonder how many have already finished?!

My worry at this time of year is the glut of misinformation & propaganda!

It’s confusing at the best of times, but even more so now, due to just the sheer volume!

What I would encourage you to do is question every statement or empty promise.

When you read an article, look at an infomercial, listen to a podcast or the radio, watch YouTube or TV, or any social media, think;

Does it sound too good to be true?
How does it sound based on your existing knowledge?

Are results realistically possible within that time period?

Are results based solely on those training methods, supplements, foods, interventions?

Have the pictures been air brushed?

Has the research been extensive?

Is there a hidden agenda?

What about sponsors/interested parties swaying information?

I heartily encourage you to think before acting upon any programme or article and to at least question the information being presented to you!

Remember there’s always different ways of approaching your goals and I’m always wary of a way that’s suggested to be the only definitive way or a miracle cure!

Best wishes
