Personal Space is offering Semi-Private Personal Training on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Led by our awesome trainers, Keely Mowthorpe, Jo Hargreaves & Mae Stanford, these sessions are perfect for those looking to improve their strength and overall fitness in a small, supportive community.

What is Semi-Private PT?

It's a guided strength training program that delivers fantastic results while keeping costs down. You'll experience the personal attention of 1:1 training, but at a more affordable rate. Semi-Private PT is not just about exercise; it's a chance to meet like-minded people on your fitness journey. During each training block, you'll focus on essential movements, build muscle, and enjoy some heart-healthy conditioning work.

Here's what's included in the package:

  • One coached strength session every Saturday, with a maximum of 4 participants per group to ensure individual attention.

  • A home workout plan for you to stay active during the week.

  • Support with lifestyle to enhance your gym routine.

When can you join?

Thursday Session:

  • 7th March- 11th April

  • 1815-1915 weekly

Saturday Sessions:

  • Our next blocks available blocks start on 20th April - 25th May (inclusive) and 8th June - 13th July (inclusive)

  • Choose between 08:00 am, 09:15 am and 10:30am sessions.

Sessions are 60 minutes

How much does it cost?

Each block costs £170 upfront (non-refundable and non-transferable).

Thursday:

  • Bring a friend on the block and pay £150 each

Saturday:

  • For April/June pay for your next two blocks up front for just £320 by the end of March.
